The Omron hand held body fat analyzer is an affordable and easy way to measure body fat in the privacy of your own home. After inputting the data, a measurement can be started by simply holding the grip electrodes and pressing the START button. HR-100C: Knowing your heart rate is important because if you are working out too hard, your activity can become counter productive and strain muscles. To achieve an effective workout, no matter what the aerobic activity, you must maintain your heart rate at a proper level for a minimum of 20 minutes. The proper level is generally 65%-85% of your maximum heart rate.

Took company multiple days to ship item even when I paid for expedited shipping. The heart rate monitor does not work... looks like moisture inside the battery compartment when I received item. The pedometer and BMI tools are helpful and easy to use.
